Are Mico graduation rings still being sold yearly? If so could members of the planning committee in Jamaica look into the posibility of ordering replacement rings for batch members like myself who lost theirs. This could also be done as a fund raising event for the reunion. Even if the production of these rings had ceased, I think it would be a great fund raiser to try and find jewellers who can and would be interested in providing this service. What do the members of the batch think?

Great web site! I would like to echo Mark's request for new graduation rings. I was held up in Jamaica while visiting four years ago (Turntable Oldies Night). Is there anyway we could possibly get new rings made? I too would be willing to pay more than the ring costs as a contribution to Mico or to contribute in other ways.

I also lost my ring many years ago. I however had it replaced. On one of my visits to Jamaica I stopped in at Williams Jewelers on East Queen Street in Kingston and they made me another one. That was a while ago, so I am not sure if they are still in business. Could someone find out?

In response to the request for Graduation Rings (see 149th website /message board) from three batch mates the committee has decided to investigate the cost of
• 149th Batch 20th year Reunion commemorative rings
• 149th Batch Graduation rings 1987
we are currenly investigating
1. Jewellery stores where rings are made
2. Cost of rings in Gold, and Sliver

The Committee has conducted an investigation and met with two Jewellers who are interested in taking orders from the batch mates. The Jewellers are
• Wrights Jewellery, contact person Mr Wright – 876-922-3264
• American Jewellery, contact person Mr Indru Khemlani - 876-922-2292
Those batchmates who are interested in purchasing Graduation Rings or Reunion Commemorative Rings are being advised that they should make their own arrangements with any of the two Jewellers listed above for their rings.

Hey Guys,
Glad to see that most of us are are still alive and kicking. I am so excited I am going to burst. I am now married with 3, YES 3!! children and have only decided to go back to University two years ago. I am doing fine and though I have put a little weight on(lie) loads!! I still can pass for 28yrs old. HA ! HA!
